Okay now, go to your gallery.
You’ll see your pictures and at the top is a list of options in a row.

Scrapbook
And an Edit button written in while and surrounded in a blue block.
Click Edit.
On the side, click the + sign that says new folder then drag and drop pictures into the folder. You can name it and mess around with it further. If you need anymore help, just ask me or click the Option button in the area where the Edit button used to be.
